MA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

I have been a South Shore resident my entire life. I was raised in Braintree, MA, and have also lived in Weymouth, Abington and Whitman.

With nearly 25 years of professional experience (Corporate Banking, Mortgage Loan Origination & Real Estate Sales), I believe the key to my continued success has been my ability to listen. I focus on what’s important to YOU. I strive to incorporate your specific goals and expectations into a customized game plan designed personally for YOU.

I’ve been a proud member of the Classic Homes Real Estate team for more than 10 years. During this time, I have thoroughly enjoyed helping people buy and sell their homes. I find it incredibly rewarding to work with first time home buyers. For me, it is truly not “just about getting the sale”. I receive a great amount of personal satisfaction in getting to know my clients and growing our business relationship into a personal one. My first-hand knowledge of the mortgage industry is a powerful resource. I’m eager to help you to understand how mortgages work, what to expect from the loan process and how to best prepare for mortgage loan financing. My ability to help you in this way, certainly gives you a value- add benefit. Whether I’m helping you to Buy or Sell your home (or both), you are sure to find this additional knowledge to be empowering and extremely helpful.

I’m excited to work for you – Give me a call and let’s get started.

I was born and raised in Boston, the youngest of 4 girl and have lived in various parts of the city my entire life. Growing up in the city, I know a lot about so many neighborhoods: from Roxbury to Brockton; Southie to Dedham. I’ve got an extremely strong work ethic. My very first summer job during high school was receptionist with the Boston Police Dept.

I’ve always been the first face people see….receptionist, retail, customer service. I’m outgoing, have a great sense of humor and yet comfortable talking to anybody, anywhere about anything! (smile)

I moved to Jamaica Plain 22 years ago. I’ve been fascinated with real estate since then!
The differences between where I live now in JP and where I grew up are many: green space, pet friendly, consumer friendly, close by shopping, entertainment, without leaving the neighborhood. JP is also centrally located to public transportation…a LOT like Quincy.

I chose to focus my real estate career in Quincy because it reminds me of home. I’m an HGTV fanatic: from “Property Brothers” to “Flipping Boston”. I’ve worked in property management for the past 4 years and I’m extremely well versed in everything from leasing to inspections (even construction issues). Quincy renters: you’ll be right at home working with me to secure a new place to call home (and when you’re ready to buy a home… I’ll be more than happy to assist you with that too!)

I researched many firms before choosing to work for Classic Homes Real Estate. I’m so impressed with the level of commitment Classic Homes invests in our Agents (far above and beyond any of its competition on the South Shore). So much personalized one on one ongoing training to make sure I can provide the absolute best customer service to YOU. That’s the charm of a smaller, boutique office, specializing in concierge service. You will NEVER feel like a number at Classic Homes! We pride ourselves with working hand in hand with you to accomplish YOUR specific real estate goals…whether it’s to rent a sweet condo in the city, buy your first home, find that diamond investment to buy and flip, or sell your home, we’ve been helping people just like YOU on the South Shore for more than 26 years!

What Susie’s Clients Have to Say…

“I’ve never seen such commitment to finding us the perfect home. ..After working with Susie, I never had to do another search for real estate on my own ever again… Kim and I couldn’t be happier with our new home.  Thanks Susie, you’re AWESOME!”   --Kim & Mark Hall

“Susie and I went from real estate virgins to very successful real estate venture partners.  Her knack for finding the perfect property has paid off financially for many years.  You’re lucky to have Susie back in Ma.  Send her back soon; I need her help finding some more great deals!”   ---Danny Williams

“ …She really listens to what you want, and doesn’t waste your time with properties she knows doesn’t match your interests.  Once she knows what you’re after, she’s like a human GPS.  She zeroes in on the right property, neighborhood, like a target on radar…”   ---Ron Daley

“Susie has ridden the real estate tidal wave for a long time.  She bobs and weaves with the changes like a champ.  When the market was high, she cherry picked the best deals.  You’ve got to have someone in your corner that knows what’s going on…She’ll find you what you want, and turn you on to the best deals, even today in this crazy market..!”    ---Nat Orr

“We always knew Susie would be great with real estate.  What started as a hobby has turned into a very successful career for her.  She was born for this.  Take it from her family, she’s a natural!”   ---Stevie, Jeannine, Lynne, Doug, Larry, Justin, Sarah, Taryn, Courtney  etc….

I grew up on the South Shore, the baby in a large, very close Italian family.  My Mom and Dad taught us kids how important it is to give back to our community, Pay it Forward...  I volunteered with cancer children for many years… my biggest “littlest” heroes.  I’m an avid supporter of animal shelters, a lifelong cheerleader and a huge fan of local youth sports, and all our great New England pro teams:  the Pats, Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins.

I’m also a phenomenal real estate matchmaker.  I’ve been the ‘Go To’ Real Estate Advisor for many people for more than 20 years.  My passion for real estate investing took off in Florida when I moved to the sunshine state in the early 90’s.  After purchasing my very first home, I was hooked!  I researched, bought, rehabbed, and flipped numerous investment properties in 3 states.   Now that I’ve returned to my South Shore roots (sure I miss the warm weather, but it’s great to be near my family again!), my real estate matchmaking skills have found their home with Classic Homes Real Estate!

I excel at matching up consumers and investors wish lists with the perfect specialty agent to help achieve their goals...with awesome results!   So whether you’re a first time home owner or a savvy investor, I really do know exactly where you’re coming from.   Let’s talk soon; I’d love to help you, too!

Specializing in 1st Time South Shore Home Buyers, Investors, and Local Rentals

My sister and I grew up in?a small rural community in upstate NY. To give you an idea how small...we attended ONE school from kindergarten until 12th grade!? There were less than 100 kids in my graduating class...from the whole town!? Helping out on our neighbor’s dairy farm was a real treat! I moved from a small town just outside of Troy, NY to BIG city Lowell, MA when I graduated high school:  urban VS rural...on steroids!

Quincy’s been my home for almost 20 years.  My husband John and I met years ago through an intramural softball league when I worked at Bank of Boston.  I’m a big football fan & trivia buff. Yes I’m a diehard Patriots Fan!! The only thing going on during football season on Sundays is watching games either at home or at a local sports bar. I’m a HUGE pet lover!  We found our precious black lab-mix puppy ‘Sammi’ at the Northeast Animal Shelter.  Sammi enjoys walking along the beach near our home and running in the ocean.

Real Estate runs in my family:  Property Managers, Real Estate Attorneys, and I’m a Licensed MA Real Estate Salesperson.  My husband and I are BOTH Quincy homeowners. I own a condo, my husband owns the single family we both call home in Merrymount. I was a 1st time Quincy home buyer, now I’m a 1st time Quincy investor/landlord, renting out my 2 bedroom condo in Quincy Center. My husband and I are a hands-on team.  We’ve done a LOT of remodeling to our Merrymount Home…adding a deck, reworking the layout inside, which now qualifies as a legal 3 bedroom (dramatically increasing the value!)  I truly enjoy making a house a home, including interior decorating to fit the personality.

When I became a MA Licensed Real Estate Agent, I was inundated with solicitations from many different local real estate firms.? I did my homework, spoke with several brokers and ultimately chose Classic Homes Real Estate because I bonded with the owner, Barry Rabinovitz.? He's so down to earth, easy going, genuine, and he knows what he's doing.? Classic Homes Real Estate has been helping South Shore buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and renters for more than 25 years.? I’m psyched to be on this Awesome Team!  You’ll find that I’m very social, friendly, and energetic and I communicate extremely well with everyone.  It’s so great to meet you!  Give me a call and let's talk about your real estate goals!

Meet Duke:

Duke Fleuriant

(617) 328-5800 ext 110

MA Real Estate Salesperson, Registered NACA Agent, specializing in helping First Time Buyers, Investors, South Shore Renters

Hi I’m Duke, it’s so nice to meet you! I’m a former New Yorker, lived in the suburbs on Long Island with my two brothers. I was tight end on our HS football team for three years and played recreational basketball. I’ve been a music lover forever!

I relocated from NY to Dorchester, MA to attend college. MA is so different from NY! I love the diversity of cultures here on the South Shore and deeply appreciate the pride of ownership! As a dedicated sports fan (AND a Boston Celtics convert!) I’m proud to echo the pride in our winning teams; New Englanders WIN and Duke wants to win too! (smile)

My first home here was a triplex in Dorchester. Over the past six years, I’ve lived in many communities on the South Shore. I met the love of my life through a friend in MA. We live in Randolph in a multi family right now.

I’m proud of my extensive knowledge of neighborhoods from Dorchester, to Quincy, from Brockton, to Randolph. I research EVERY aspect of investing in South Shore real estate: from hard money lending, to assessing the potential investment property itself. I’ve developed a strong network of construction professionals to assist investors with rehab opportunities all over the South Shore.

I’ve always wanted to help people. I’ve worked in the human services field helping our disabled community for many years. I’m empathetic and patient. I embrace the opportunity to teach new investors and first time home buyers on the South Shore. It’s important they educate themselves on what’s involved in the home buying process!

I chose to work with Barry and his team here at Classic Homes Real Estate because of the Performance Guarantees we put in writing that NO other real estate firm offers to their clients. We make ourselves accountable every step of the way to our buyers, sellers, investors, and renters. For instance, I’ll guarantee that any home you buy with me you’ll love, if not, I’ll buy it back! Guaranteed in writing! I look forward to meeting you to discuss how I can help you with your next real estate venture. Give me a call and let’s get started!

I’m Cheryl--great to meet you! I was born and raised right here in Massachusetts in a Dorchester multi-family with my large family. I enjoyed rural style living, in an urban environment; our backyard was so spacious, it was our playground!

Real Estate has been a passion of mine for a very long time. I’ve rented my entire life. From personal experience, I know and understand how stressful it can be. That’s why I take the time to find out exactly what you’re looking for because there’s nothing better than finding the RIGHT place to truly call ‘home’. Family is very important to me, which I why I’m also a huge advocate for affordable housing and 1st Time Home Ownership. I love to see families achieve ownership together and create the lives they want, need, and deserve in a place that they can comfortably call their own. I educated myself on the entire process with 1st Time Home Buyer classes. There are so many programs available! I look forward to walking you through this when the time is right. I’m very passionate about it because I’ll be buying my own multifamily investment property soon. I’ll put my own experiences to good use when I become a landlord.

I recently found my new home with Classic Homes Real Estate. Please check out our Awesome Team, along with our Awesome Guarantees. Let’s check out some hidden gem multi-families together in Greater Boston including Dorchester, JP, Hyde Park, as well as Quincy, Braintree, and Weymouth. We’ll also find great rentals and even better 1st time buyer homes. Call me today and let’s get started!

Meet Steve:

(617) 328 5800

Hi I’m Steve, so good to know you!

My family relocated from Charleston, SC to the great city of Boston when I was very young. Growing up, I hung out at the Boys Club in Southie, and played pick up sports with kids in the neighborhood: stickball, baseball, you name it, we played it on city asphalt!

I’ve been interacting with the general public for a very long time and consider myself a ‘people person’. I get along well with everybody.

Owning and operating my own businesses has been a passion of mine for many years. I bought and managed my first business many years ago--a successful Deli in downtown Boston’s Financial District.

I also owned and operated a popular convenience store called Abington Country Store for many years.

I jumped in with BOTH feet owning both residential and commercial real estate (and NEVER looked back)! South Shore homes and (mixed use) store/apartment combo buildings continue to yield great dividends!

As a husband and father of 3 kids, South Shore neighborhood living is extremely appealing to me. I became a proud Quincy homeowner more than 25 years ago. My kids attended Quincy public schools. Compared to Southie, Quincy was a “small town” to me!

I recently bought another home in Abington. South Shore living is so unique…where else could I live on a main drag, yet enjoy the beauty of a heavily wooded back yard with deer passing through??

Massachusetts Real Estate Investing has been extremely good to me and my family for many years. I’m eager to help you achieve the same success in the very near future. There are some AWESOME deals out there waiting to be cherry picked by you and me. Let’s get started, give me a call!
