I grew up in the Wollaston section of Quincy, the youngest of 7 children. My husband and I have been married for 13 years. We have 3 great young kids. My “free time” involves school functions, community and sporting events, driving my children and their friends to and from various activities. We enjoy spending time as a family and vacationing with friends.
My true passion is real estate. Growing up, my best friend (who is also now a real estate agent) and I were playing “real estate broker” when other kids in my neighborhood were playing house and school. We would draw pictures of “price” and “show” our neighbors’ houses! When my youngest went off to school I decided to make my passion my career: real estate paralegal, facilitator, real estate agent. Classic Homes Real Estate was on the same street where I grew up, and I always envisioned myself working there, and now I’m a proud member of their team! Classic Homes is unlike other real estate firms on the South Shore. We truly put our customers’ wants and needs FIRST. We all work together as a team (with over 75 years combined real estate experience). There’s no “cut throat” mentality at Classic Homes, an unfortunately common fact of life at other firms. It’s such a joy working at Classic Homes Real Estate, helping friends and family members obtain family homes and investment properties all over the South Shore. I look forward to meeting you soon. Let’s talk about your real estate goals, and help you achieve them, too!

I was born and raised in the Metropolitan Boston Area. I split my time equally between home and work. When I’m home, my bichon/poodle Marley and I enjoy vegging on the couch with some boneless chicken treats! I love interior decorating, for myself and my family. It brings great joy and satisfaction to make a house a home. I have a knack for picturing what a home can look like: I can visualize how a simple inexpensive touch up or renovation can make a world of difference. Real Estate is a natural choice for me. I enjoy meeting new people, and really listening to their wants and needs. I treat each and every one of my clients as if they are the only people I am working with. I’ve formed lifelong friendships with some of my clients. Ask any of my rental clients to 1st time home buyers, I enjoy providing excellent customer service!
I came on board to join Classic Homes Real Estate as a Buyer’s Agent. With over 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry, I made the decision to join a sales team that provides their clients with the kind of superior customer service I strive to provide for my clients, and knowledge of this local market. I look forward to helping you find your new home, too!

Testimonials:

“Within one month before I had to find a place for me and my wife…she found us a fabulous apartment, and just in time for our move!”

“Most heartily recommended!”

“I contacted Classic Homes about one month before I had to find a place for me and my wife. I told one of their professional rental specialists where we wanted to live and how much we could afford. She went right to work to find us the best available apartment. She could not have been more helpful. She found us a fabulous apartment and just in time for our move. Her attention to both our needs and desires…was impressive and I’m glad to have called on her for assistance. Most heartily recommended.”

I come from a very long line of athletes on the South Shore. My Grandfather and my Dad were both phenomenal ball players. Rockland has always been recognized for its outstanding sports programs, and I contributed to many winning teams. As Co-Captain of Cardinal Spellman’s HS Varsity Football team, I helped inspire and lead our team to reach goals our school had never achieved before: an undefeated season, Division Champs, and the Super Bowl at Gillette Stadium! Growing up in a large Italian/Irish family, I’ve had a lot of loving (and loud!) relatives in the stands cheering me on for many years. We are very close, and family get-togethers are a “given”. Civic responsibilities run deep in my family, too. I enjoy volunteering with our local seniors participating in big picture humanitarian efforts as well.
Real Estate has been my career from day one: everything from marketing promotions to property management, rentals to sales. I enjoy helping people all over the South Shore achieve their own real estate goals. There are so many great options for renters based on their needs and budget in our market! I specialize in educating renters/homebuyers on various Rent to Own Options and advising 1st time Home Buyers. I look forward to helping you soon, too!

I grew up on the South Shore, the baby in a large, very close Italian family. My Mom and Dad taught us kids how important it is to give back to our community, Pay it Forward... I volunteered with cancer children for many years… my biggest “littlest” heroes. I’m an avid supporter of animal shelters, a lifelong cheerleader and a huge fan of local youth sports, and all our great New England pro teams: the Pats, Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins.
I’m also a phenomenal real estate matchmaker. I’ve been the ‘Go To’ Real Estate Advisor for many people for more than 20 years. My passion for real estate investing took off in Florida when I moved to the sunshine state in the early 90’s. After purchasing my very first home, I was hooked! I researched, bought, rehabbed, and flipped numerous investment properties in 3 states. Now that I’ve returned to my South Shore roots (sure I miss the warm weather, but it’s great to be near my family again!), my real estate matchmaking skills have found their home with Classic Homes Real Estate!

I excel at matching up consumers and investors wish lists with the perfect specialty agent to help achieve their goals...with awesome results! So whether you’re a first time home owner or a savvy investor, I really do know exactly where you’re coming from. Let’s talk soon; I’d love to help you, too!

What Susie’s Clients Have to Say…

“I’ve never seen such commitment to finding us the perfect home. ..After working with Susie, I never had to do another search for real estate on my own ever again… Kim and I couldn’t be happier with our new home. Thanks Susie, you’re AWESOME!” --Kim & Mark Hall

“Susie and I went from real estate virgins to very successful real estate venture partners. Her knack for finding the perfect property has paid off financially for many years. You’re lucky to have Susie back in Ma. Send her back soon; I need her help finding some more great deals!” ---Danny Williams

“ …She really listens to what you want, and doesn’t waste your time with properties she knows doesn’t match your interests. Once she knows what you’re after, she’s like a human GPS. She zeroes in on the right property, neighborhood, like a target on radar…” ---Ron Daley

“Susie has ridden the real estate tidal wave for a long time. She bobs and weaves with the changes like a champ. When the market was high, she cherry picked the best deals. You’ve got to have someone in your corner that knows what’s going on…She’ll find you what you want, and turn you on to the best deals, even today in this crazy market..!” ---Nat Orr

“We always knew Susie would be great with real estate. What started as a hobby has turned into a very successful career for her. She was born for this. Take it from her family, she’s a natural!” ---Stevie, Jeannine, Lynne, Doug, Larry, Justin, Sarah, Taryn, Courtney etc….

I grew up in Rockland, MA and still live here on the South Shore. My personal life revolves around my 2 children and my grand-daughter (who just turned 4!) I love spending time with senior citizens, enjoy volunteering at Nursing Homes on the South Shore. I’m an animal lover, active supporter and volunteer at local South Shore animal shelters. There’s nothing better than taking a grateful pup out for a nice long dog walk on a brisk New England day!
For more than 20 years, my work has focused on supporting the day to day operations of small, independently owned and operated commercial contracting businesses on the South Shore. I grew up on the North Shore of Boston, Revere, MA. At a very early age I understood the value of working hard. At age 14, I got my very first job as a drug store clerk in at my neighborhood pharmacy. Between school and work there wasn’t time for a lot of extra-curricular activities, except for computers, that is. Information Technology (IT) interested me from day one. Information Technology started as my hobby and became my full time career for many, many years.

There are 3 things I’ve been extremely successful with for more than 30 years: my marriage to a great woman on the South Shore, IT Consulting, and Local Real Estate Investing.

I rented my first 2 bedroom apartment in South Quincy. Growing up in the city of Revere, I found Quincy and the South Shore in general very refreshing. Technically Quincy is a “city” but it certainly feels like a town! Quincy has MUCH larger lot sizes than Revere, and it’s so close to Boston!

I met my wife of more than 40 years on the South Shore and decided it was time to purchase our own home, a lovely single family in Braintree, MA. It wasn’t long before I purchased a 4 unit apartment building. I became a home owner, investor, and a landlord. I’ve been investing in local real estate for more than 30 years now.

I always wondered what it would be like to help others achieve the same success I’ve had in South Shore real estate. I even went so far as to get my Mass Real Estate License more than 20 years ago, but my IT Career didn’t allow enough time to devote to this passion…until now!

I am so thrilled to be part of Classic Homes Real Estate’s team! Whatever real estate questions you may have regarding: Renting, Property Management, 1st Time Buyer, Move Up/Downsize or investing. I’ve been there and look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals too!
