I have been a South Shore resident my entire life. I was raised in Braintree, MA, and have also lived in Weymouth, Abington and Whitman.

With nearly 25 years of professional experience (Corporate Banking, Mortgage Loan Origination & Real Estate Sales), I believe the key to my continued success has been my ability to listen. I focus on what’s important to YOU. I strive to incorporate your specific goals and expectations into a customized game plan designed personally for YOU.

I’ve been a proud member of the Classic Homes Real Estate team for more than 10 years. During this time, I have thoroughly enjoyed helping people buy and sell their homes. I find it incredibly rewarding to work with first time home buyers. For me, it is truly not “just about getting the sale”. I receive a great amount of personal satisfaction in getting to know my clients and growing our business relationship into a personal one. My first-hand knowledge of the mortgage industry is a powerful resource. I’m eager to help you to understand how mortgages work, what to expect from the loan process and how to best prepare for mortgage loan financing. My ability to help you in this way, certainly gives you a value- add benefit. Whether I’m helping you to Buy or Sell your home (or both), you are sure to find this additional knowledge to be empowering and extremely helpful.

I’m excited to work for you – Give me a call and let’s get started.

I was born and raised in the Metropolitan Boston Area. I split my time equally between home and work. When I’m home, my bichon/poodle Marley and I enjoy vegging on the couch with some boneless chicken treats! I love interior decorating, for myself and my family. It brings great joy and satisfaction to make a house a home. I have a knack for picturing what a home can look like: I can visualize how a simple inexpensive touch up or renovation can make a world of difference. Real Estate is a natural choice for me. I enjoy meeting new people, and really listening to their wants and needs. I treat each and every one of my clients as if they are the only people I am working with. I’ve formed lifelong friendships with some of my clients. Ask any of my rental clients to 1st time home buyers, I enjoy providing excellent customer service!
I came on board to join Classic Homes Real Estate as a Buyer’s Agent. With over 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry, I made the decision to join a sales team that provides their clients with the kind of superior customer service I strive to provide for my clients, and knowledge of this local market. I look forward to helping you find your new home, too!

“Within one month before I had to find a place for me and my wife…she found us a fabulous apartment, and just in time for our move!”

“Most heartily recommended!”

“I contacted Classic Homes about one month before I had to find a place for me and my wife. I told one of their professional rental specialists where we wanted to live and how much we could afford. She went right to work to find us the best available apartment. She could not have been more helpful. She found us a fabulous apartment and just in time for our move. Her attention to both our needs and desires…was impressive and I’m glad to have called on her for assistance. Most heartily recommended.”

What Susie’s Clients Have to Say…

“I’ve never seen such commitment to finding us the perfect home. ..After working with Susie, I never had to do another search for real estate on my own ever again… Kim and I couldn’t be happier with our new home.  Thanks Susie, you’re AWESOME!”   --Kim & Mark Hall

“Susie and I went from real estate virgins to very successful real estate venture partners.  Her knack for finding the perfect property has paid off financially for many years.  You’re lucky to have Susie back in Ma.  Send her back soon; I need her help finding some more great deals!”   ---Danny Williams

“ …She really listens to what you want, and doesn’t waste your time with properties she knows doesn’t match your interests.  Once she knows what you’re after, she’s like a human GPS.  She zeroes in on the right property, neighborhood, like a target on radar…”   ---Ron Daley

“Susie has ridden the real estate tidal wave for a long time.  She bobs and weaves with the changes like a champ.  When the market was high, she cherry picked the best deals.  You’ve got to have someone in your corner that knows what’s going on…She’ll find you what you want, and turn you on to the best deals, even today in this crazy market..!”    ---Nat Orr

“We always knew Susie would be great with real estate.  What started as a hobby has turned into a very successful career for her.  She was born for this.  Take it from her family, she’s a natural!”   ---Stevie, Jeannine, Lynne, Doug, Larry, Justin, Sarah, Taryn, Courtney  etc….

I grew up on the South Shore, the baby in a large, very close Italian family.  My Mom and Dad taught us kids how important it is to give back to our community, Pay it Forward...  I volunteered with cancer children for many years… my biggest “littlest” heroes.  I’m an avid supporter of animal shelters, a lifelong cheerleader and a huge fan of local youth sports, and all our great New England pro teams:  the Pats, Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins.

I’m also a phenomenal real estate matchmaker.  I’ve been the ‘Go To’ Real Estate Advisor for many people for more than 20 years.  My passion for real estate investing took off in Florida when I moved to the sunshine state in the early 90’s.  After purchasing my very first home, I was hooked!  I researched, bought, rehabbed, and flipped numerous investment properties in 3 states.   Now that I’ve returned to my South Shore roots (sure I miss the warm weather, but it’s great to be near my family again!), my real estate matchmaking skills have found their home with Classic Homes Real Estate!

I excel at matching up consumers and investors wish lists with the perfect specialty agent to help achieve their goals...with awesome results!   So whether you’re a first time home owner or a savvy investor, I really do know exactly where you’re coming from.   Let’s talk soon; I’d love to help you, too!

Specializes in Finding Perfect Rental Properties and 1st (Fluent: English & Cantonese)

Hello, I’m Jack, pleasure meeting you! I was born and raised in Boston. My family moved to North Quincy 7 years ago. Moving from Boston south to Quincy has been a great experience for me and my family. Quincy really is the best of both worlds: offering spacious suburban living in real neighborhoods with yards, yet so close to the city! My family owns and operates a daycare center here. North Quincy will be our home for many years to come!

When I’m not studying (working towards my Bachelor’s degree right now @ UMASS Boston with plans to achieve my MBA) I enjoy our beautiful home: shooting billiards, working out in my home gym, swimming laps in our pool. My 3 dogs are always ready for walks down Wollaston Beach. I love to sample new local restaurants…Marina Bay is one of my favorite local spots! amenities!

I want to invest in South Shore Real Estate: buy and hold investment properties, cultivate a solid network of local contractors to assist in all facets of maintenance. My Mom encouraged me to go to Real Estate School. She understands the need for skilled agents to assist our multi-cultural community with their real estate needs. I am bi-lingual: Cantonese & English (and I’m familiar with Mandarin also). My heritage has afforded me the unique opportunity to better serve many different cultures here in the Quincy area: American and Asian.

There are so many great rental properties right here in Quincy and on the South Shore!! Classic Homes Real Estate even has unique Performance Guarantees for South Shore clients including renters: “If you rent any luxury property from us and you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll pay your moving expenses up to $500.00. (Guaranteed in Writing)”

When you’re ready to buy your 1st net: “If you buy any home with us, and if for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll buy it back. (Guaranteed in Writing).” home, Classic Homes will be here for you, too, with a HUGE safety
I look forward to finding the perfect rental and, down the road, your very first home!

Negotiates the BEST residential property deals on the South Shore

Hi, I’m Chris, nice to meet you!  I was born and raised here on the South Shore, (Weymouth, Hingham).            My wonderful wife Lorinda, originally from NH, absolutely loves living down here (and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!)  I’m extremely lucky to have my entire family close by, most live in the same zip code!

Growing up, I played baseball and basketball (avid.ok maybe rabid…lol)  basketball fan…go CELTS!

I’m the proud dad of 4 children, 2 boys, 2 girls, (from 12 years to 7 months old!)  My oldest attends St Jerome’s in Weymouth.  She’s a forward on their junior high basketball team.  I coach; in the stands you’ll see her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins cheering her on!

Ongoing South Shore community service is a tradition in the Falco family:  my Dad was a police officer on Quincy’s force for more than 30 years.  Through hard work he rose up through the ranks to the top and retired as Chief of Police.

I’m VP of a charity that supports children and families in need on the South Shore called “Footprints of Billy” (William James Falco Foundation). This year alone we have helped over a hundred families. I have even hand delivered Thanksgiving meals and Christmas presents to many of these families.I’m also active in Quincy’s Torre Dei Passeri social club, an Italian American club, where we enjoy playing cards and bocce.

I began investing in real estate here on the South Shore in 2005:  it’s such a win- win:  my Mom ran her own real estate company here for many years (and yes, she taught me the ropes!). My background in construction (Falco Masonry & Excavation, Weymouth) serves me well, too!  I’ve purchased 2 homes in Weymouth (so far)!  The first was a 2 family that needed major renovations.  The second, a personal achievement on so many different levels:  I built our dream home (in less than 6 months!!)-- a beautiful single family in Weymouth.

I’ve been accused of being way too nice…is that such a bad thing? (smile).  I genuinely love people, get along with everybody, and know our South Shore real estate market VERY well.  I‘m excited to help investors hunt for the best deals here… … size up residential real estate investment property quickly…determine the net profit potential down the road post-renovation… capitalize on our super hot market… it’s what I do naturally! Give me a call and we’ll get started!
